Fees and policies
$200 per 53-minute session. Private pay, with no insurance billing.
The same fee applies to individual and couples sessions, including the first one. Before your first session you’ll receive a full professional disclosure that sets out these terms in writing.
Fees and payment
- Session fee
- $200 for 53 minutes. Individual and couples sessions, including the first session.
- Accepted
- Cash, debit cards, credit cards and HSA cards.
- Not accepted
- Checks.
- Card payments
- Processed 48 hours before your appointment, in line with the cancellation policy. Card processing fees may apply where permitted by law.
- Cash payments
- Paid in advance of the session. You can also prepay several sessions; the payment is held as a credit and applied to sessions you attend or to charges under the cancellation policy.
A valid payment method needs to be available for each session. Without one, the session can’t go ahead and the reserved time is still billed.
Insurance and superbills
This is a private-pay practice. It doesn’t submit insurance claims or bill insurance companies.
If your plan offers out-of-network benefits, you can ask for a superbill for completed sessions and submit it yourself. Email appointments@
A superbill doesn’t guarantee reimbursement. Coverage, deductibles and claim decisions depend on your plan, so check your benefits first. Session fees are due whether or not your plan reimburses you.
Cancelling and rescheduling
- Cancel at least 48 hours before your appointment and there’s no charge.
- With less than 48 hours’ notice, or if you miss an appointment without notice, the full $200 session fee applies. This applies to individual, couples and prepaid appointments.
- Emergencies happen. If you need to cancel late, text 971-464-1155 to ask for another time within the next 7 calendar days, subject to availability. There’s no separate penalty for asking. If the new appointment is confirmed and you attend it, there’s no late cancellation fee for the original.
- If no replacement can be arranged within those 7 days, the full fee for the original appointment still applies.
- If Karolina cancels, there’s no fee, and any advance payment stays available as a credit.
- Arriving late doesn’t extend the session or reduce its fee.
Please send scheduling changes by text to 971-464-1155, and keep clinical details out of those messages.
Good Faith Estimate
Your right to a Good Faith Estimate
You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your care will cost. Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for items and services.
- You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services.
- Make sure your provider gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least 1 business day before your service. You can also ask for one before you schedule.
- If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.
- Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.
