What it can look like

  • Anxiety, depression or burnout that you want to work through in the context of your faith
  • Marriage or relationship strain where shared beliefs matter to how you want to resolve it
  • Spiritual doubt, dryness or disillusionment after a hard season or a church hurt
  • Guilt and shame that keep you from receiving the grace you believe in
  • Life decisions you want to weigh with both clinical clarity and prayer
  • The weight of serving everyone else, in ministry, family or work

How we work

Counseling here uses the same evidence-based methods as any clinical practice. When you ask, prayer, scripture and a Christian understanding of the person are woven into that work rather than added on top of it. There is no denominational line to meet, and you set how much faith is part of each session.

Approaches

  • Christian counseling
